Selected Work

Three founder problems I solve every week.

Below are the engagements that show up most often. Each one has a clear before / after — the kind of structural change that compounds over months.

CASE 01

One CEO. Three companies. Zero dropped balls.

Tell Studios' CEO was running three business entities — the studio, a coaching arm (Studio Sherpas), and a podcast (GYVB). Calendar conflicts, inbox bleed, and context-switching were eating his deep work time.

What I run
Calendar across 3 entities + 3 inboxes, daily. Buy Back Your Time framework: triage, draft, respond, escalate.
The result
Deep-work blocks protected. Weekly Look Ahead briefings. End-of-week reports surface every open loop before they become fires.
Google Workspace Buy Back Your Time Inbox triage Travel coordination
CASE 02

EOS & Level 10 — running like clockwork.

EOS only works if someone owns the cadence. Most founders try to own it themselves, then drop it after quarter two. I run the whole rhythm so leadership shows up to L10 ready to decide, not catch up.

What I run
Weekly Level 10 prep, IDS organization, quarterly Rocks tracked in Monday.com, scorecards refreshed before every meeting.
The result
Meetings start on time and end on time. Action items close. Quarterly Rocks stay visible — not buried in a Notion doc nobody opens.

CASE 03

GYVB Podcast — from guest pitch to publish.

A podcast is a content engine and a relationship machine. It also dies the second the founder has to remember to do every step. I own the operational spine end-to-end so the host just has to show up and record.

What I run
Guest outreach, scheduling, prep materials, episode logistics, content calendar, social scheduling across platforms.
The result
Predictable publishing cadence. Guests show up prepared. The host gets a calendar invite, a brief, and a recording link — nothing else on his plate.

Don't take my word for it — here's the founder I work with talking about hiring a Virtual Assistant.

I'm tool-agnostic but tool-fluent. If your team already runs on these, onboarding takes a day instead of a month.

About

Operator first, EA second.

I'm based in Baguio, Philippines. Before going independent, I spent six years inside large BPO operations — first on the floor as an Account Executive and Technical Support Specialist, then as a Product Trainer, then leading other trainers as a Training Supervisor.

That background is the foundation. Customer service taught me to read tone in writing. Training taught me to build systems that other people can run without me in the room. Leadership taught me to spot the bottleneck before it becomes a fire.

Today I work with founders who are running multiple entities and need someone who can hold the operational center — calendar, inbox, sales pipeline, weekly cadence — so they can stay in their lane.

The best clients I work with treat me like a teammate, share context generously, and let me bring structure to the things they don't want to think about. If that sounds like you, the button below is the next step.

Think we'd be a fit?

The call below is short. We'll talk through what's on your plate, what you'd hand off first, and whether it makes sense for us to keep going. No pitch deck, no pressure.
